A valuable building is eternal. Eternity is not immortality for everything is mortal except Allah. Eternal building lives long and can be easily re-created. Living long is relative. In my opinion, a structure that lasts more than ten thousand years has lived a long life. If a structure has fulfilled our need and when we no longer need it and require something else and if we can easily re-create it from itself then that structure is valuable.
